The Northwest Michigan Community Action Agency can assist our residents with FREE tax return preparation if your total household income is less that $100k/yr from 1/19/27-9/30/27. They can also assist with prior year Homestead and Home Heating Credits. You may qualify for the Child Tax Credit if you have a child under 17 at the end of t
The Northwest Michigan Community Action Agency can assist our residents with FREE tax return preparation if your total household income is less that $100k/yr from 1/19/27-9/30/27. They can also assist with prior year Homestead and Home Heating Credits. You may qualify for the Child Tax Credit if you have a child under 17 at the end of the year and lives with you at least half of the year. Want to help your community? They are also looking for volunteers to prepare taxes or those who just love organizing.

Township Meetings take place on the first Wednesday of every month at 5 PM. These important gatherings are held at our Township Hall, located at 8970 N 7 Rd, Mesick, MI 49668. Please note that there are no meetings scheduled for the months of July and December.

After creating an account, simply add your name in the format LAST NAME FIRST NAME in the Add Alerts and Submit section (for example, SMITH JOHN). If any document is recorded, you will receive an email notification detailing the document type, the recording date, and the names of the involved parties.
