
There will be an election at the Wexford Township Hall on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Absentee ballots will be available from the clerk upon request and can be returned by mail or in the drop box located on our Township Hall. Early voting will be available:

Reminder: At this time, the State of Michigan requires absentee ballots to be received by a voter’s local clerk’s office by 8 pm on Election Day to be counted, with the exception of military and overseas ballots which must be postmarked on or before election day and received by their local clerk within 6 days after the election to be counted.

Please be aware that on December 8, 2025, the Federal Postal Service passed a new section (608.11 of FR Doc. 2025-20740) that changes when mail is officially postmarked. The postmark is often used to prove when you mailed things like absentee ballots, tax payments, bills, and other time‑sensitive documents. Under the new policy:
